Challah with Soul

Olga with her own freshly baked challah

Olga came over today to bake challah with me.

It was the first time ever making Challah, and she was really inspired. She made the blessing on taking the Challah, and, as I told her that it was a special time for women to pray, she prayed with total concentration.

While we waited for our Challahs to bake, she spent her time surfing online searching for a Jewish name. She is waiting for 'her soul to choose its name', and also, the name needs to pass approval from her (8 year old) daughter. ;-)
